Scenik RA Chic Line by Albini Fontanot
The Scenik RA Chic Line is a high specification stair system produced by the Italian manufacturer Albini Fontanot. Please read the specification below to get a better understanding of the product. If you are unsure of any of the terms please refer to our stair terminology page.
Please note that Stairplace do not offer this stair on a supply only basis and therefore we can only offer it to clients whose sites are located within the area serviced by our fitting teams, which is the southeast of England. All prices given will include installation.
Specification
- Treads - Solid Ash 42mm thick
- Carriage - Pressed steel sections separated by steel spacing discs
- Handrail - Solid Ash with a circular profile 50mm in diameter
- Handrail end caps and joining connectors - Metal
- Balusters - Triple grooved aluminium extrusions 27mm in diameter
- Cables - Stainless Steel
- Baluster to handrail connectors - Metal
- Baluster to cable connectors - Metal
- Riser bars (optional) - Aluminium extrusions
- Finishing caps - Various plastics
Wooden components
Metal components
The pressed steel carriage sections are powder coated in one of two colours (see colour samples page) and the aluminium balusters are anodised and coloured to match. The stainless steel cables are bright polished and the small metal connecting pieces and finishing caps are spray pained to match the colour of the carriage. Other metals (screws, nuts, bolts ect) are a multitude of finishes.
Plastic components
A number of plastics are used to produce the various components. They are generally coloured to match the powder coating of the steel parts. Some are translucent.
Accessories
Treads for this staircase can be fitted with anti slip inserts.
